Founder & Director

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Keenen Geter is a young man who is serious about the need to help the youth of Baltimore overcome, achieve, and succeed. Keenen is currently working on his Master Degree in Public Administration at the University of Baltimore. Keenen served as a legislative assistant for Delegate Shawn Tarrant, worked as a Mayoral Fellow for Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and served as White House Intern for President Barack Obama.

Program Advisor

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Katia Fortune is a young woman who is dedicated to being a community activist and ambassador for change in her hometown of Baltimore. Katia is the Founder & Director of Women with CLASS, founded in 2013. Katia is currently working on her Bachelor Degree in Psychology at UMBC. Katia is a member of the Lambda Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Young Men With POWER (Purpose, Optimism, Wisdom, Engagement, and Responsibility) program is targeted towards young men in grades 6th-8th who live in the Baltimore metropolitan area, who want to develop moral character and leadership skills but don’t have good resources to do so in their neighborhoods.
